COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION

COMMENCEMENT: 2:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. - GOVERNOR LIVINGSTON H.S.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 P.M., with the academic procession beginning at approximately 2:20 P.M. Graduates should report to assigned classrooms at 1:15 P.M. All friends and members of the graduating student’s family are invited to the outdoor graduation. There are no tickets and guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 1:30 P.M If inclement weather causes the start time to be delayed, the ceremony would be moved to 4:30 P.M. If we can not start at 4:30 P.M. due to continued inclement weather, the ceremony would be at 6:30 P.M. Should the ceremony need to be moved indoors due to weather, a separate communication will be sent providing details and logistics for families. Every effort will be made to communicate updates in a timely manner.
HANDICAPPED ACCESS: If you have a family member attending graduation who is handicapped, please contact Mrs. Reiss for handicapped passes at 908-464-3100, Ext. 2500 prior to June 8th by 3 P.M. These passes will be placed inside of your student’s cap and gown package.
ACCESS TO ALL SEATS: We respectfully request that no guests arrive before one hour prior to the scheduled start time for all seating areas. Any attempt to save seats will not be permitted. Finally, please remember there are no assigned seats or parking for graduation.
