Scholoars Breakfast

Two Governor Livingston High School seniors were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements earlier this week at the 40th Annual Recognition Breakfast for the Outstanding Scholars of Union County. Berkeley Heights Public Schools recognized Gianna DeAngelo, who will be attending the University of Notre Dame and majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and Alexander Kasper, who will be attending the University of Southern California and majoring in Economics.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kim Feltre, GLHS Principal Rob Nixon, and BOE President Gale Bradford attended the recognition breakfast along with the students and their families. The Union County Scholars Breakfast provides each high school in Union County an opportunity to acknowledge two outstanding students.

Mr. Nixon shared, "The 40th Annual Union County Outstanding Scholars Breakfast was a great opportunity to spend time with these two incredible students and to celebrate all that they have achieved in their academic careers. I look forward to enjoying the next few weeks with the Class of 2025 as well as hearing about all of Alex and Gianna's accomplishments in the future!"

Congratulations to Gianna and Alex and all the other students.
