Preschool to High School: A Unique Partnership Teaching Students the Power of Sign Language!
Students in Ms. Marconi’s class at the Mary Kay McMillin Early Childhood Center are enjoying a special learning experience through a partnership with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program at Governor Livingston High School.
Working with Mrs. Gauthier, Teacher of the Deaf at GLHS, preschoolers are learning sign language words connected to their classroom lessons and are building communication skills in a fun and meaningful way.
