AI Resources for High School Students by MIT Mentors

I hope you’ve been well! This is the link from Inspirit AI. Given the exciting response we've received from teachers and students, we would love to share some free resources by our team of Stanford and MIT mentors that can help your students initiate their AI journey.

  • Our Basics of AI for High School Students guide covers the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and points students to additional materials to help them take the next step in exploring key technical and ethical questions.
  • Our Building AI Projects for High School Students guide provides a step-by-step framework for high school students to design and implement a project that applies AI to a domain they care about. Educators may also use this guide to integrate AI projects into their classes!
  • Students can watch a recording of our recent webinar, Preparing High School Students for an AI-Powered Future, where a group of our instructors from MIT, Stanford, Cambridge, and Amazon discussed how high school students can combine their passions with AI and lead innovative and impactful careers in the fields of their choice.

As a reminder, applications for our spring and summer programs close on March 31st. We invite your students to apply here, and we’d really appreciate it if you could share our brochure and the blurb below with them and any colleagues who might be interested!
