    Welcome to Physical Education and Health!!!

     Hi!!! My name is Lauren Ryan and I teach Physical Education and Health to Grade 1 and Physcical Education to Kindergarten.
     
    I love teaching Physical Education!!! We have a great time doing all sorts of activities and games.  Our goal is to have fun, work together, and get lots of exercise!! 
     
    I love teaching Health!  The topics are very important, and we have lots of fun videos and  activities to keep us busy and learning about good Health!!
