Library Hours: 8:15 - 3 p.m.
The mission of the library media center is to ensure students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. The library media center provides intellectual and physical access to materials in all formats. I provide instruction to foster competence and stimulate interest in reading, viewing, and using information and ideas. I work with other educators to design learning strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
Students: Books are due soon to close out the school year. We will not check books out to students after Memorial Weekend. Please check your email as I will be sending you a message to let you know what you owe to the CMS library. Email me with any questions.
If anyone still owes books to one of the district libraries from last school year, there are several ways to return them. If you are a 6th grader you can either drop them off at CMS and I will route them to the proper location, or if you have a younger sibling you can send them to the appropriate elementary school with him/her. If you are a 7th or 8th grader you can drop them off to me in the CMS library, put them in the dropbox in the vestibule at CMS, or hand them to your English teacher. If you lost a book, please email me and we can discuss replacement options.
