American Sign Language Club
The American Sign Language club focuses on cooperation, friendship, information exchange, involvement, tolerance towards others and leadership skills.Members participate in varied activities such as silent lunches, social events/celebrations, signing & yoga, game days, fundraisers and participation in a new partnership with Kean University's ASL classes. Skills and experiences obtained by club members during these meetings/events enable them to practice their signing skills and promotes a fusion between deaf and hearing students. The ASL club is open to all students. You do not need to take ASL to be a member of the club. We meet monthly during lunch time to socialize and plan events.
