Students in life science will examine the basic structures of life, explore how matter and energy cycle through these structures, and learn how body systems and sophisticated organisms emerge. Students will examine how life has changed over time and how traits are passed from one organism to another. Finally, students will learn how seemingly independent organisms interact with the living and non living environment.
