Homework is given as a reinforcement of material that is taught during the school day.  It is also expected that students read for at least twenty minutes.  If your child has difficulty with any assignment or project, please mark the top of the paper with your signature so we can be aware of the situation.  Teachers are not to provide homework for students who are absent from school for a non-excused reason, i.e., family vacations when school is in session.
