Whenever possible, the tech staff will interact with students remotely, either via emails or via remote desktop. Otherwise, the most common solution will be a contactless swap of the current device with a different one. For everyone's safety, if the students do need to have a physical interaction with a technology staff member, it will be by appointment only. Students may not go to the tech support offices without an appointment.
