Safety Announcements

1. Wear Sneakers (flip flops, sandals, crocs, and boots are not acceptable, you will not be able to participate)

2. No Jewelry ( Hoop earrings, Bulky watches,you will be asked to remove jewelry to participate)

3. If you are not feeling well or have an injury, please bring in a doctor's note or parents' note.
