A note on mental health services and insurance: Typically, family insurance will have in-network coverage and possibly out-of-network coverage. In-network coverage is with providers from the insurance company. Out-of-network coverage means that you can see any provider of your choice, but may be paying more out of pocket. If you have questions, call the telephone number on the back of your insurance card to get more information.Resources:
