Flexible Thinking Strategies for Kids:
When coping with changes in routine it can be very helpful to reinforce being flexible and the benefits flexibility has on our feelings of wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of others, i.e. family members, friends, etc.
When trying to be FLEXIBLE it’s always a good idea to consider how big a problem is to give us help with adjusting our response to the problem and considering the best way to manage the problem.
