    Greetings!  I'm Ms. Kurowski and I've been the librarian (AKA Media Specialist) at Columbia Middle School for 22 years.  I love young adult literature and I have to admit, I get excited whenever anyone checks out a Harry Potter book!  I enjoy helping students find books they want for both research and entertainment purposes.   We have some really awesome readers in Berkeley Heights.   See the other pages on this library web site to help make book recommendations and let me know what you are reading right now.   Reading is an important skill to keep developing as you go along in life.   
     
    I enjoy reading (of course),  exercising, family time (especially with my son who would love it if I were into Minecraft like he is), and walking our dog.   I'm also studying reiki and continuing my education of working with essential oils.
