Dear Band Student,
Congratulations on being accepted to participate in the CJMEA Elementary Honors Band. You will be receiving your music in a few weeks. Please note the following:
Submit $15 to your director to cover the music, T-shirt, and administrative/production costs.
You will receive your T-shirt on the day of the event and wear it for the concert.
Bring the following to the event: a folding music stand, music (which will be mailed to you soon), pencils, instrument and any accessories you may need (extra reeds, valve oil, etc.)
You may choose to bring a bagged lunch or you can purchase a lunch (pizza, chips, soda) at the school.
The concert will begin at 2:00pm. The auditorium will open at 1:45pm for general seating.

Rahway, NJ 07065
From Garden State Parkway North:
GSP North to Exit 135
Keep right at bottom of off ramp (do not merge into the circle)
Curve around to merge onto Brandt Avenue
At T intersection make a left onto Westfield Avenue
Go through town and one traffic light, past Madison Hill Avenue
Entrance to middle school parking lot will be on your right. There is a small red and white sign with school name by the entrance.
If you pass a large athletic field on your right, or reach the intersection of Madison Avenue, you have gone too far.
From Garden State Parkway South:
GSP South to Exit 135
Keep left at bottom of off ramp and go underneath Parkway (you will be entering a circle)
As soon as you are past the Parkway overhead, quickly bear right onto Brandt Avenue
At T intersection make a left onto Westfield Avenue
Go through town and one traffic light, past Madison Hill Avenue
