During the period of time from May 14th - May 31st, students in grades 2 - 12 will take an online survey in school to help us assess the school climate in each of our schools. On the website for your child's school, you will find a passive consent form. This form needs to be completed by a parent and sent to your child's school only if you do not want your child to take the survey. Sample survey questions are available in the main office of each school for parents to review. These questions cannot be copied or removed from the main office. The forms must be received by the school principal by May 13th as students will begin taking the survey on May 14th. If you have questions regarding the survey, please contact Mary Ann McAdam at 908-464-1298 ext. 1865.
