Interested? Follow the following steps...
1.  Listen for morning annoucements to hear that your sport is about to begin.
2.  Go to the first coaches meeting (you do not need to be "fee-paid" to attend this intro meeting)
3.  Complete the permission form
4.  Update your physical and fill out the physical paperwork
5.  If needed, fill out the medication form
6.  Pay your fee online - Fee Letter - online site (or bring a check to the main office made out to Columbia Middle School)
