v Tickets will be sold in blocks of 5 only.
v You may purchase as many blocks as you need.
v Tickets purchased this year are good for the entireschool year and may be used at any time during year. ( Lunch tickets are onlyvalid for each school year and cannot be carried over from year to year)
v The lunch program accepts checks as well as cash.Checks should be made out to Berkeley Heights School CafeteriaAccount.
v Any payments made by check that are returned tothe school by the bank with notice of insufficient funds will require apenalty fee of $20.00 payed by party writing the check.
v Tickets should be purchased on the first day ofthe school week, please put your child’s money or check in a clearly markedenvelope with your child’s name , classroom, and the amount of tickets you arepurchasing.
v If you have children at more than one school,please make out individual checks for each child. Checks will be accepted formultiple children in one school only.
v Tickets are used for menued items only notsnacks.
v Tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser.Please keep them in a secure place and write your child’s name in ink on theback of the ticket.
v The cafeteria is not responsible for loss,theft, or any form of mutilation of lunch tickets.
