We believe:
Education is the responsibility of the entire community. All children have the ability to learn.
Education must support all aspects of a child's development. Children develop best in an atmosphere which celebrates their unique qualities.
For learning to occur a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment must exist. The preparation and professional growth of teachers is an essential element of a quality education.
Education must foster a love of learning In life-long learning.
